The Elf With the Weird Name
"The Elf With the Weird Name" is a revised version of the fairy tale Rumpelstiltskin.
This high-energy story is told by two zany "Players." Four audience members are brought up onstage to play the leading parts, and the entire audience gets to participate.
This script is meant for young audiences in the Primary Grades (ages 5 – 10), but could be adapted for younger children, and be comical for older children and adults. It is very informal and is best suited to small groups of up to 100. The show runs about 20 minutes.
